In
forming an alliance with Amadaeus, the Mortgage Broker has more
time to focus on delivering faster and more individualized service
to their clients. Amadaeus is more than happy to look after the
mortgage service functions such as monitoring the loan approval
process right through to settlement, and thereafter continuing to
provide ongoing management services such as changes to the loan
features, arrears notification, providing loan statements, and general
customer service.

Business Alliance Options
No matter what your level of lending experience, opportunities exist for
like-minded individuals to join our fast-growing team of mortgage professionals.
We offer two different types of business alliance opportunities, depending
on your level of lending skills and experience.
Referrer
For those with little lending experience, or those who do not wish
to be heavily involved in the processing aspects, then you can become
a Referrer of loans business to Amadaeus. As a Referrer, the business
alliance partner would normally only refer a potential client to Amadaeus,
who will then be responsible for processing the deal with the help
of either an internal Mortgage Consultant, or an externally Mortgage
Broker. There is normally no accreditation requirements involved for
this type of alliance.
Mortgage Broker
Alternatively, you may choose to act as a Loan Mortgage Broker.
As a Broker, your responsibility is to conduct the initial interview
with the borrowers, gather supporting documentation and verify the
authenticity of original documents, and submit the deal to Amadaeus
for approval and settlement. Under this option, the Loan Mortgage
Broker requires formal accreditation, which includes the following
major criteria:

obtaining Professional Indemnity Insurance cover for at least $1,000,000;
and
becoming
an Australian Mortgage Consultant (AMC) member with the MIAA, including
completion of the minimum course requirements, which are the UCCC,,
the Compliance, and the Privacy Act modules.
